Johnetta Greene is a Certified Diversity Executive with over 16 years of proven leadership in successfully embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into organizations. Prior to consulting, Johnetta held roles at a Fortune 100 manufacturing company, a District Bank of the Federal Reserve, and a global chemical manufacturing company. As a Chief DEI Officer, Global Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, DEI Supervisor, and Diversity Recruiter she has gained many years of experience and knowledge building and leading DEI and Talent Acquisition teams, developing and executing DEI strategies, and working with individuals and leaders to help them create the best culture and business outcomes.
She specializes in the development of DEI strategies, identification, tracking, and measuring of DEI efforts, inclusive leadership coaching and training, interactive learning and development, inclusive recruiting strategies, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) formation and impact. In addition to her DEI background, she is a trained Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked with several leaders to harness team collaboration to eliminate waste, errors, and defects in organizational processes to deliver consistent results.
